jaden wanted to stay outside and play on the play equipment while I took beckam inside to preschool. when i told him i'd rather he came in with me just to be safe he reminded me that i'd let him stay out there last week with addison. i said "yes, because you had a buddy with you." his response (said with such conviction and confidence):
"mom, i always have a buddy with me. you know jesus and them."
it made me laugh out loud. so cute.

Ha ha ha! That is awesome. Mitch asked me the other day if he could have a baby sister, and I said I didn't know, so he said, "We could pray to Heavenly Father that He will give us a baby sister." Kids are awesome, aren't they?

Very sweet you guys should be proud that was his answer. Joseph starts school tomorrow and I'm very scared we had a FHE last night hoping that it would help him (me). Maybe I'm the one that needs the blessing. Hope this finds your family all well. It would really be nice to get toghter sooner then later.
I LOVE that! Especially the "and them" part. I can totally picture Jaden saying that with a little squinty-eyed-wonder look on his face. He is so darling. Can we betroth him to Leah now? Is it too early to start that scheming?
By the way, I'm so sad I missed you a couple weeks ago. So sad.
