we celebrated by taking a trip to the fire station, eating pizza and ice cream cone cakes.
these guys were awesome.
our tour was an hour and 20 min. long. we saw every inch of the fire engine and two fire trucks (did you know there was a difference?) along with the station.
in this picture they're blowing up this amazing rubber balloon that can lift up to 42 ton (or 9 little boys easily).finally got that motorcycle helmet that santa didn't bringbeckam also enjoyed a surprise visit from his good buddies from Davis: holden and cade. thank you so much for making the trip!
here
is his tribute from last year.
here he is at 3 months old (same age as asher)
all these boys look so much alike, sometimes it feels like I'm raising the same baby over and over and over again.
now, this is asher. see the similarity?
beckam, you make us smile.
you are so sweet and generous with your affection.
"I luv you."
you love:
race cars, motorcycles, your family, friends, helmets (football/motorcycle), your wednesday playdate/co-op, eating, the library and getting the same books (submersibles and the terrible whatzit), reading, "hot things," tuna with pickles
you don't love:
nursery, tv, movies, robbers, the idea of going to preschool

That is so awesome! The firemen did that just for you? Maybe they'll let me have a tour?
Wow- your boys really do look alike. They are all so handsome. Sounds like a great birthday. Did you just call up the station and tell them this was a birthday party? My kids would love that.
Happy Birthday!!! I thought about you all day on Saturday. I can't believe it's been 3 years since I stayed with Jaden while you were at the hospital. It's goes by too fast. Looks like such a fun day.
Hopefully we can come visit this summer!
Happy birthday! We have loved firestation bday trips - what fun! Do you ever feel like Groundhog Day with those boys?
Happy Birthday handsome! I just love the rolls on your babies.
Happy Birthday Beckam Boy. We wished Evan could have come. He wanted to badly. We love you all.
We love you Beckham! Don't forget who we are even though we have been out of the picture for too long!!
Happy Birthday Beckam! Sorry we couldn't stay the whole time; we had just gotten our perishable food from Bompa's fridge and didn't want it to go bad on the way to the new house, as we didn't quite think ahead to bring a cooler. Mitch sure had fun, and has decided he currently wants to be a "fighterfighter", as he calls firemen.
Happy Birthday!
Funny that he doesn't like Nursery.
Happy Birthday....Even though they look the same, I am sure that their personalities are very, very different!!! What a fun idea to have a b-day party at a fire station!
