I forgot to mention the highlight of the evening.
remember on our 1st anniversary that a perfect stranger picked up the tab for our dinner? well, this young couple sitting next to us were on their honeymoon and completely on his own accord, my sweet husband took the opportunity to pay it forward.
it was a surprise to even me. as we were getting into the car, he says, "well they should be getting their bill about now." SO SWEET!!

Happy anniversary! Paul and I were just reminicing about being at your wedding 8 years ago New Year's Eve (as we tried to remember what we have done for past new year's eves- your wedding was definitely the highlight)! Congratulations! You are truly a match made in heaven! Love you both!
